The first one is that the data exchange security increases apart from 256-Bit AES encoding, and the next one is that your firewall has to scan permanently the data exchange (the contents of fastviewer session).
Password protection
You protect your master module and remote computer from unauthorized access using the personal user administration.
Session number
The session number is a variable five-digit security code. This variant is more secure than a constant session number.
Choosing applications
As you wish, you may mark the necessary applications with a checkmark to become available, e.g. your web-browser, the same thing you can do with your desktop.
Black list
You can avoid undesirable access to important data, blocking the necessary applications in the client portal, so to make sure that nothing will come outside.
White list
You can create an opposite of your black list, if you wish. The answer to the philosophic question, if the glass half empty or half full, will help you in your choice. Think positively and define the allowed applications this time.
Revision and tamper-proof records
Here you record your session to play it back later, e.g. for the documentation aim. Your records will be converted in a proper format and saved as an exe-file. Due to the fastviewer-player your record remains secure from distortion and manipulation.
Indication of video recording
Your partner will see on the control panel that the session is recorded. Small but fine.
User access rights
Click at first the ‘F’-button to define the user access rights. Finally assign the access rights. Your partner can use your mouse pointer, write something, etc. or just passively point at something.
Freeze mode
You can “freeze” the session per pause-button for you just to have some time to check the sensitive information.
File transfer cut-off
You may have chosen the wrong file to be sent, if the file hasn’t been transferred yet, you may cut off the transmission.

Therefore you achieve 100% of system stability. Today we have more than 20 communication servers in 4 data centers all over the world.
Direct connection in the network /LAN
If you have chosen the own server solution, you are able to establish the direct connection in LAN.
Connection on ports 5000/443/80
Your master module connects to the chosen fastviewer communication server on port 5000 (TCP), port 443(HTTPS) or port 80 (HTTP), e.g. on an available proxy server. The five-digit session number will be created over this connection.
Mobile usage
Your master module is always ready on an USB device and it can be connected to your computer anytime. Generally speaking, you do not need this USB device (see client portal).

As a new user, you do not need any time for unproductive study-phase.

You have purchased presented, remoted, enterprised and confered and you are able to start all products per one .exe.
Concurrent use
